ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Our Youth Local Programing is designed for the young skiers of the extended community and are offered out of both the Mountain Village and Madison Base. These programs have a twenty-plus year history with a focus on fun, camaraderie, and safety while learning more about the mountain experience. Check your ability level here: https://bigskyresort.com/snowsports

Close to the start date the Local Program Coordinator will contact you with more information for the first day of the session. Skip the paper bag lunch and have a hot lunch provided for your child every day while they are at camp! Lunch can be added for each session for $60.

First Session is January 4/5, 2020 – February 8/9, 2020 & Second Session is February 22/23, 2020 – March 28/29,2020. Book by end of day December 13, 2019 for the best rate!

Please keep in mind that our instructors may decide to give the group a break, depending upon their needs. Our Mountain Sports School emphasizes technique over terrain.

When skiing or riding in Montana, layering works best. Be sure to have a waterproof jacket and pants and plenty of layers underneath. For children, please put names in clothing. Helmets, goggles and gloves are highly recommended all of our skiing and riding guests.

  • Lift tickets are required during lessons. Children 6 and under always ski free.   Students 7 and older need to purchase a lift ticket in addition to the lesson. For the Local Programs students we highly recommend purchasing a season pass.  Please call the Mountain Sports office for the best rate available.
  • A Big Sky RFID Card is required for all Big Sky Resort Guests
  • Please add 3% tax
  • Prices are subject to change. Lesson Rates are per person and non-transferable
