Will Call 

Save time and go directly to Basecamp in the Mountain Village to pick up your lift tickets or season passes. Basecamp will be open from 8:00am through 4:30pm, where you can also book and reserve any winter Basecamp activities. 

The credit card used to make the original purchase and a matching photo ID must be presented at the will call location at the time of pick up. 

You may also pick up your lift tickets in the Snowcrest Building or the Madison Base lift ticket office. 

How to redeem your online purchase

NEW for 2019/2020- RFID- Radio-Frequency Identification refers to a lift ticket technology that stores digital data encoded and captured by radio waves. Most notably is that RFID is able to be read outside the line of sight. You simply place the media in a pocket to spend less time fumbling for your ticket, and more time on the slopes.

If you already have your Big Sky RFID card, your purchase is pre-loaded onto the media. You now have direct lift access.  You do not need to stop by Will Call or any other Big Sky Resort Ticketing location unless you need a new piece of media.

For NEW media, please bring your order confirmation number and a photo ID when redeeming your online purchase You can pick up your RFID card with lift access by visiting our Basecamp Office or Ticket Windows in the Mountain Village Plaza or at the Madison Base Ticket Office.  You may pick up your lift tickets from any of these Big Sky Resort ticket outlets as early as 2PM the day before you intend to ski.

LIFT TICKET INFORMATION

• Lift Tickets give access to all of Big Sky Resort’s lifts and terrain, excluding the Lone Peak Tram.
• Day ticket access is between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., weather dependent
• Save on lift tickets by buying early and with multi-day tickets. The more days on your ticket, the more you save.
• Children 6 & under ski for $1 per day*.
• All skiers & riders need a Sky Card to load lifts
• 1 P.M. half-day and Beginner lift tickets can be purchased at lift ticket windows in person. Not available in the early season.
• Lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

BIG SKY RESORT SKY CARDS

*All lift tickets, including $1/day kids 6 & under tickets, must be loaded onto a reusable RFID Sky Card. If you already have a Sky Card, load your lift ticket onto the card at checkout, and you can head straight to the lifts with it.

If you don’t have a Sky Card yet, you will need to purchase one during the lift ticket checkout process. Sky Cards can be picked up at Sky Card Express Boxes by scanning the QR code in your confirmation email. Find a Sky Card Express Box and learn more about using your Sky Card on the mountain.
